Slow cooked lemon & rosemary chicken

INGREDIENTS:

1 tbl | Olive Oil |
2 tbls | Butter |
| 1 kg | Chicken Drumsticks |
| 1 cup | White Wine or Verjuice |
2 cups | Chicken stock |
| 2 | Small red chillies, chopped |
| 2 - 3 | Garlic cloves, crushed |
2 | Lemons, juiced |
| Fresh Rosemary |
| Salt & Pepper (to taste) | |
| Plain Flour |
Heat oil and butter in pan. Cook lightly floured chicken pieces over medium heat until golden brown.
Place browned chicken along with all remaining ingredients into slow cooker - make sure that the liquid covers the meat (if not add a little extra stock). Put lid on and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or High for 4 - 5 hours.
Serve over cous cous or quinoa.
