Getting up before the sun rises, making sure that you, our client, gets the best food we can possibly find. Meeting local producers, talking to them, finding out what makes them tick, where there passion lies. Searching premium delis all over the city.... and country, we love those country trips! Daylesford, Macedon, Yarra Valley and the Pyrenees.
